My name is Milos, and I’m in love with shaping products, building businesses up, and working with(in) multidisciplinary teams. I research innovation, with passion for startups and touch for storytelling.
I’m currently helping build up and shape a Danish startup as a COO, but when there’s (a little) extra time and exciting stories and people, I enjoy working on different passion side-projects, like running an independent publishing house.
So far, I’ve had a chance to work in different international companies, as well as freelance for various clients from over 15 countries. I have 5+ years of experience from different positions in multiple teams, as well as having a leading role on various projects…
I LOVE LEARNING… AND SHARING THE LEARNED.
I held different lectures, talks
I had a chance to speak at different seminars, meetups
My publishing house, Kovacnica prica, has published over 7 books since September 2016, when it was founded.
I have translated 6 different books from Norwegian and English, both fiction and non-fiction.
Blogging and journalism
I wrote for different media and brands, especially within ICT, e.g. CorD Magazine – the leading independent business and leadership magazine in Serbia and the West Balkan region in English; Netokracija – “Serbian Tech Crunch”…
I have an interesting skillset, with background from languages and communication to agile innovation, biz dev, and product + project management.
Innovation & Biz Dev
I’m a Certified Scrum Master, and I’m pursuing MSc in Engineering at Singidunum University, Belgrade. My focus is innovation management, and my thesis is about challenges and the way they can spark innovation within organisations.
Communication & Languages
I hold a MSc in Marketing and Communications from Rome Business School in Italy, where I recieved a partial scholarship, as well as BSc in Scandinavian Studies with Norwegian language from the University of Belgrade.
I also gained knowledge through various workshops and conferences in Serbia and Europe, and I always learn new things. Both in my “main” fields like strategic planning or management, and other things I’m interested in, e.g. German language or Python.
